1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for, accessing, or utilizing the Citerecon Generative Search Intelligence Platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.
2. Permitted Use & Telemetry Limits
Citerecon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform in accordance with your selected subscription tier (Scout, Command, or Enterprise). You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer our simulation pipelines, circumvent rate limits, or resell raw platform telemetry without written authorization.
3. Subscription & Billing Terms
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly set forth in an applicable Enterprise Service Level Agreement.
4. Third-Party LLM Dependencies
Citerecon analyzes outputs from independent third-party foundation models (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and Google). While we guarantee continuous monitoring infrastructure and prompt simulation execution, foundation model output non-determinism is an inherent characteristic of generative AI.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
